FIRST FAMILY LEGAL COUNSELING

First Family Legal Counseling is our unique and proprietary program designed for parents interested in learning the basics of custody and visitation under Missouri law.  In First Family, parents receive information related to the different types of custody recognized by Missouri courts – physical and legal – and tips on how to navigate between the two.  It is designed primarily for “cooperative-parenting” situations where mom and dad are not married yet share a mutual and sincere desire to work together in determining the best interest of their children.  For more information on First Family Legal Counseling, click here.  Coming Soon: First Family Legal Counseling for Illinois!

FUTURE FAMILY LEGAL COUNSELING

Future Family Legal Counseling is our exclusive program designed for parents expecting their first child, regardless of marital status.  By participating in Future Family, expecting parents can greatly increase the likelihood of successful co-parenting arrangements while minimizing future disruptions in child care, parental involvement, and support.  The dynamics of paternity, custody, and child support are explained and best of all, it’s free.  For more information on Future Family Legal Counseling, click here.  Coming Soon: Future Family Legal Counseling for Illinois!

Courage is not something that you already have that makes you brave when the tough times start. Courage is what you earn when you’ve been through the tough times and you discover they aren’t so tough after all. -- Malcolm Gladwell
